While our parent company, Netwise Group Inc d/b/a Netwise PRO MSP, may offer comprehensive IT or managed services, EXPECTO itself does not provide managed IT services or HIPAA-compliant hosting by default. We focus on SaaS and AI-driven marketing, sales, and CRM solutions. If you require managed services or regulated data handling, please contact Netwise PRO MSP for their specialized offerings.

11.2 No Managed IT Services

EXPECTO does not provide Managed IT or on-site tech support. If you require these services, please refer to Netwise PRO MSP or other qualified providers. Any references to MSP or offline data from our parent company do not apply to EXPECTO’s core SaaS offerings.


12. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

We may process or store your data on servers located in the United States or other countries. By using the Platform or providing information, you consent to these international transfers, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we implement standard contractual clauses or other measures to protect cross-border data transfers.
